About

We built Nourdge because
we kept losing the users
we worked hardest to get.

Before Nourdge, our team ran growth at a Lagos insurtech. We were good at acquisition — paid, referral, partnerships — but 40% of new signups never finished onboarding. Every funnel tool we tried treated people like events in a warehouse, not people who were stuck.

So we built the thing we wished existed: an AI that watches the funnel, understands each person, and sends the right message on the right channel — without getting in the growth team's way.

What we believe.

01

AI should explain itself.

Every decision Nourdge makes comes with its reasoning. If you can't audit it, you shouldn't trust it — especially in regulated industries.

02

Copy is a human craft.

The AI picks which message to send; humans write the messages. Nourdge will never ship copy your team hasn't approved.

03

Your stack, your keys.

We refuse to lock you into our delivery rails. Bring your own Twilio, your own LLM, your own domain. We're an orchestration layer — not a walled garden.

04

Boring interfaces win.

Nourdge is a tool your ops team opens 30 times a day. It should feel fast, predictable, and calm — not flashy.

The team.

Jabbar Olatunji
Co-founder, CEO
Previously VP Growth at a Lagos insurtech. Loves funnels, hates PowerPoint.
Amara N.
Co-founder, CTO
Ex-staff engineer, built payments infra at scale. Writes ruthlessly small services.
Seun A.
Head of Design
Designed Nourdge to feel like a clipboard for ops teams, not a dashboard.
Priya M.
Head of AI
Works on the reasoning engine. Thinks RAG is overrated but won't say it on Twitter.
